- Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale).
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@taptash.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
