How to Request Account or Data Deletion:
- Send an email to support@taptash.com from the email address associated with your account.
- In your email, please include your full name and the email address used for your Taptash account.
- Optionally, you can briefly mention the reason for your request (this helps us improve our service, but is not required).
What Happens Next:
- Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity for security purposes.
- We will process your deletion request as soon as possible, typically within 5-7 business days.
- All your personal information and order history will be permanently erased from our systems, except for any data we are required to retain by law (such as for tax or legal reasons).
Important Notes:
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to your account, order history, and any saved information.
- If you have any active orders, please wait until they are completed or delivered before requesting deletion.
